At 34ML EAU DE PARFUM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unopened perfume bottle in its original box and shipping carton to ensure the glass remains protected during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned fragrance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
